Annual unlimited unless otherwise stated are restricted to 120 minutes per day and cannot be combined with onsite plan orders and cannot be carried over.
E-support is online support through the IT Help Crew ticketing system, email or remote desktop software.
Per incident e-support is a one time charge that expires 24hr after it commences.
Onsite per incident plans are set to a minimum of 1 hour per visit if more time is required the technician will inform you.
Callback plans are priced at 60 minutes per call more time can be purchased.
All onsite plan orders are by appointment only and can in most cases be scheduled a day prior t the intended visit.
